Principal Mr Mike Ratz needs no introduction having been part of the local real estate scene since 1987. Closely linked to Raine and Horne especially Dalby and the Rural Network for so many years Mike said “I am very appreciative of the close ties and friendships that I have formed with so many colleagues around Australia. I intend to maintain those contacts as we have done a lot of business together”.
“Rural Property and Clearing Sales” will continue to be my main focus with a special interest developed with colleagues in the north around the Burdekin River area.

Daughter Chris Hoger has successfully worked with her father in Residential Sales and is recognised as one of Dalby’s leading Residential Sales Consultants quickly moving into the multi- million dollar sales league.
